On the Night Train

I, too, had an appointment with the night train. Once we boarded, we learned that it would be another hour before departure… and so this is how I passed my time… hanging my head out of the hot train car. It got even warmer later that night and we were told by a man of minimal English speaking abilities that we should close our windows so people don't jump on and slit our throats. I thought it was pretty nifty that these were the same railroad tracks that (not until the next summer) were surrounded by the events in the movie "Ghost and the Darkness".
