Dinner

I had the chance to go on a river rafting trip on the Breede River which was inland about 3 hours. Our guides, shown here, cooked us a great dinner. The stars that night were fantastic. The Milky Way is so much brighter in the southern hemisphere. I learned that it was around there that a tribe coined the name Milky Way because their legends translated it literally as the breast milk of mother earth. The bats at sunrise were great too!
