Face Fun – The Nicest Sound

Face Fun is a product I did some illustrations for recently.  The concept is a picture book printed on panels making it easier to read to a child over FaceTime or Skype.  The story, written by product creator Gail Orffeo, is called “The Most Beautiful Sound” is is about all the sounds a boy hears while walking through the city.  Because the story will be read over a video connection, the illustrations needed to be clean, simple, and bold.  The resulting style was relatively simple but nice and bright.
