Family Portrait
I auctioned off a family portrait as part of a fundraiser for my kids’ school. This was what I came up with for the winner. It was a real challenge!

Niam’s 3rd Birthday
I drew this for my friend’s son, Niam, who was really into sharks on his 3rd Birthday. Inspiration came from Jesse Lonergan’s brilliant Panda Shark.

Popcorn Monster Music Video
I illustrated and animated a music video for the children’s band, Puppet Holiday. What started as a 10 second loop of a popcorn monster chasing the Puppet Holiday characters Fin and Otis, evolved into a full music video complete with a Ska kernel playing sax. I enjoyed the unexpected challenge of figuring out the math…

Happy 2024!

Oklahoma History Book Cover
I had the pleasure to create a book cover for a family friend, Mr. Ken Stern. The book details the history of public education in the state of Oklahoma, provides insight on why the setup differs from other states, and critiques the resulting difficulties. Though I’d illustrated a few covers before, this was my first…

Vector Posters for a Boy’s Room
I recently did a quick turnaround on an illustration job creating “posters for a boy’s room” to be used as set decoration on a children’s video production. Since these were going to be poster-sized, I made these vector drawings so they could be any size without losing definition. I went with basic color palettes so…

Wee Veronica
I’ve been stay-at-home daddy-ing it up to this rascal. I drew this to be printed up as Thank You notes for baby gifts that we received.

Freya’s 4th Birthday
Here’s another drawing I did for the birthday of one of my family friends. This one was for Freya who was really into Daniel Tiger when her fourth birthday came around.
