Matt and Krystal’s Wedding Invitation

I was honored that my life-long friend Matt asked me to draw the invitation for his wedding with his wife-to-be Krystal.  They wanted something laid-back and somewhat cartoony depicting their entire family including their son Will and two dogs (the cats did not make the cut!)  I ended up doing this in water color all fancy-like so that I could frame it and have it double as a wedding present.

This invitation is (maybe?) the first time I’ve used my personalized font based on my handwriting.  I am thinking I will call it Sindercation.  I’m still in the process of finalizing the font by adding custom ligatures, but when it’s finished, I might write a post about it.
