Like last year, I got the chance to help out with the PS 261 Comic Con again for 2026. This year, Nick Bruel, Gale Galligan, Nathan Hale, Pablo Leon, Tim Probert, and Dana Simpson came all the way to Boerum Hill, Brooklyn to visit our school. Once again, I was lucky to be on stage to ask them questions and preside over a draw-off before the students got a chance to meet them.
Also, like last year, I made a coloring sheet of our visiting authors’ characters that we handed out to all the students. This time I colored up a couple versions of my own!
I made a logo (seen at the top) based on the Fantastic 4 logo which we printed up as stickers to put on autograph books that we handed out. I also made a horizontal version that we used on the poster and a banner.
It was a great event, and I’m already looking forward to next year!
